2. Privacy-First: Client-Side Processing

Core Privacy Statement: All our web utility tools—including the Image Compressor, Image Resizer, JPG to PNG Converter, PNG to JPG Converter, QR Code Generator, JSON Formatter, SQL Formatter, Password Generator, GST Calculator, and Invoice Builder—run 100% inside your web browser using client-side JavaScript APIs.

We do not upload, transmit, or store your uploaded files, passwords, code snippets, or invoice forms on our servers. All file resizing, image formatting, and data parsing happen locally on your computer or mobile device. As soon as you close the tab or refresh the page, the processed data is deleted from your temporary browser state.

3. Information We Collect Automatically

While your tools data is processed entirely client-side, we collect certain website analytics data to understand how visitors use our platform:

  • Google Analytics (GA4): We track user visits, country location, time spent on the page, and specific tool events (e.g., when a QR code is generated or a PDF is printed). This data contains no personally identifiable information (PII).
  • Microsoft Clarity: We utilize Clarity to record user sessions anonymously (heatmaps, scroll depth, and interaction patterns) to diagnose usability issues and bugs.
  • Cookies: We use cookies to store your cookie consent preferences and remember if you prefer Dark Mode or Light Mode.

These permissions are only triggered when explicitly requested by user action and are executed locally on-device. We do not transmit or store this data.
  • Device Identifiers & Advertising ID:We may utilize Google Play Services Advertising IDs (AAID) for analytics or to serve personalized ads through AdMob. This identifier is not linked to any personally identifiable information (PII) and can be reset or disabled in your device's Google settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
  • Data Retention & Deletion: Since our mobile apps process data entirely client-side, we do not store, host, or retain your files, documents, or personal data on remote servers. You can clear local app data at any time by purging the application cache/storage in your device settings.
  • Children's Privacy: Our applications comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

6. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

For users located in the European Union (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have the right to opt-out of cookie tracking and manage tracking consent at any time using our Cookie Consent controls. Since we do not store personal profile data or host user accounts, we do not possess files or emails to modify or delete.
